Cansu Erkan was born in 1989 in Ankara Polatlı. She graduated from METU Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning. She worked in corporate life for a while. After the birth of her son, she started writing children’s books instead of audit reports. There are four books she wrote and illustrated along with “Zürafa Berberi Aranıyor.” She lives in Istanbul with her husband, son Umut and their dog Layka and organizes workshops for both adults and children. She wants to tickle all the animals she sees.
