Yağmur Artukmaç was boYagmur_Artukmacrn in 1974. Her mother, the famous psychiatrist and author Gülseren Budayıcıoğlu was her biggest inspiration. In 2008 she started working in Madalyon Psychiatry Center. It was then that she started writing for children. Each book of the Teo Series is written by Yağmur Artukmaç and with the counselling of a psychologist, among whom is also Gülseren Budayacıoğlu.
