Saygın Ersin

Saygın Ersin was born in 1975 in Manisa. He is mainly writing science-fiction and historical novels. His last work “The Pasha of Cuisine” takes place in Ottoman era. The reader is in search of The Master of Taste. This character changes the whole Empire by his extraordanary talents of cooking. The novel has the harmony of gastronomy, history and eternal love. We are sure that it will espically earn great attention in foreign languages by its way of shaping the story with oriental themes and vivid style.
