Sibel Oral
Sibel Oral, born in Istanbul in 1979, entered journalism in 2000, serving several magazines and newspapers as reporter and editor. Her first novel, Waiting for Me was published in 2006, followed by Lost: A Cypress in the Land of War and Battery in 2012. The author has contributed to several collections and at present regularly writes on the arts and literature and carries out interviews for the daily Radikal and the magazines Milliyet Sanat and Sabit Fikir.
